BELTAR: Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal today claimed that his government has made a breakthrough in the discharge of the disqualified combatants from the cantonments.
He also said that his government was also in a position to wangle the constitution by ensuring consensus among the parties in the field.

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML which has long failed to come to a position on state restructuring and electoral system under the new constitution is planning to sort out the differences in the party today.
The party which has been meeting since quite long on the issue has so far failed to come to consensus position in the party with the same divided into two camps each backing its own political system and federalism model.
