KATHMANDU: The cabinet has today formalised some political appointment made public earlier in the week. With the announcement, Kundan Aryal will take over as executive director of NTV, while Bijay Chalise will take over as executive director of Gorkhapatra Corporation with Sambhu Shrestha as general manager.

Similarly Film Development Board will be headed by Amar Giri as its chairman with Bal Krishna Chapagain as executive director of RSS. Guthi Sansthan will be headed by Narayan Pd Acharya.

Meanwhile Antaredanda has been declared as the new landfill site to dump garbage from the capital city.
