KATHMANDU: The government has deferred the appointments of secretaries to Monday. The cabinet which has sat down today could not take any decision to effect transfer and promotion of two secretaries.

Similarly the cabinet will take up the issue of giving full shape to Natioal Planning Commission on Monday. The proposal coming from Minister of General Administration Ravindra Shrestha on the issue was debated but deferred to Monday.
