BIRATNAGAR: Nepali Congress President Girija Prasad Koirala has promised the new constitution just on time. He said this while talking with party workers today.

"The new constitution will come on time. There is nothing to worry about," Koirala said, adding that the neighboring countries too have stressed on it. He had arrived in his hometown on Wednesday to observe his birthday.
