BIRGUNJ: MJF leader Upendra Yadav has claimed that the incumbent government will not be able to draft the new constitution. "It will not be able to do the job of drafting the constituion," Yadav said while talking with journalists.

He also commented on who will get to head the government only after the issue is talked up among the parties. Other leader of the party Jai Prakash said that Bijay Kumar Gachchadar has ditched the tarai people by splitting the party.
