KATHMANDU: The legislators today raised uproar over the killing of Zamim Shah lamenting the  absence of governemnt presence at a time when crime has gone up.

"Passing answers will not do; the government must come up with answers after thorough probe into the killing as the constant refrain on day when the session has been prorogued.
