KATHMANDU: Police have claimed that dreaded international criminal gang led by Chhota Rajan could have ordered the killing of Zamim Shah, who was shot at on Sunday in the capital.
The claim to this effect has come from police which claimed being "very close to nabbing the killers." Reports have attributed SP Ganesh KC claiming that the killers could be arrest "anytime."
Calls made to Avenues TV and Cablet Television Association and which have been reportedly made by one Bharat Nepali and based on interrogation made with several people the police have come to the conclusion that the killers were sent out by Chhota Rajan.
The caller has been reported to have said that "this is what happens to those who work against the Indian interests." The police have analysed the calls made to Yunus Ansari which too have indicated the involvement of Chhota Rajan.
The calls were made at 11.44 while the same could not be traced, police have been reported to have said althoug in another report it has been claimed that the caller was traced in Canada.
Meanwhile ekantipur.com has reported that the Bharat Nepali is a person of military background and is active in western border with India. It further says that the plot could have been hatched by Bablo who is active in southern border with India.
In a sensational revelation police which had called on Babloo's phone was traced in Kathmandu and had two killers along with him. It said that the police could not complete the probe since the loadshedding ruled out confirmation of the calls.
