KATHMANDU: Defense Minister Bidya Bhandari is visiting China later this month leading a delegation comprising of the army.

She is travelling to Beijing to seek military assistance while the northern neighbor has already granted assistance to the tune of 2 billion earlier on.

Bhandari has been a frequet visitor to India and it is the first time she will be going north.
