KATHMANDU, MARCH 9:  In a sensational development it has come to light that businessman Hari Agrawal and conspired to abduct another businessman Sanjay Surekha under the protection of senior police officer.

A police team which had gone to India in this connection has now been reported to have found that Additional IGP Kalyan Kumar Timilsina was also invovled in the ring.

Surekha who was abducted in last May in Kathmandu and was released only after delivering US $ 150 thousands from Hong Kong and Dubai.

Police have submitted the report to Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal. The investigation team was headed by DIG Rajendra Bhandari.
