KATHMANDU: Congress meeting has ended without any decision on scheduling the planned general convention amid differences at the top level. The general convention has grown uncertain following a state of inaction.

The meeting had convened in the capital but the faction ridden party failed to come to any decision with G P Koirala throwing his weight behind those who are stalling the same

While a faction is demanding convention by June party acting President Sushil Koirala failed to come to any decision thus wrecking the plan for the same. “We discussed the event but could not reach any decision,” party Spokesman Arjun KC said.
