Senior leader of CPN UML K P Oli said that the Maoist could not lead a government unless it left it gave it's love for arms. "Unless the Maoist turned into a civilian and democratic party like others by giving up its arms, there is no possibility of believing them" Oli added. Speaking at an felicitation program Oli claimed that the there were minimal grounds for believing the Maoist as it had been terming the acts of forcefully taking other's property as revolutionary.
He further accused Maoist chairman Prachanda of pleasing national and international power centers for becoming prime minister. "The third round of election wont be yielding any positive results " claimed oli. Along with Prachanda, Oli expressed his bitterness at his own party's chairman Jhalnath Khanal of running after the post against the will of the party. He accused of misleading the party by not calling on the central committee meeting.
Oli also informed that the central committee meeting of CPN UML will be coming together soon for ending the present political deadlock.
