Giving continuity to the tight security policy in the capital, the police authorities nabbed a criminal gang for their involvement in various robberies and extortionist. The police reported that they had nabbed four persons along with their vehicles for demanding ransom from KMC-10, Baneshwor resident Preetam Rai.  The persons are identified as Daba Sherpa, Lakpa Sherpa, Angrchiring Sherpa, Angdaba Sherpa.

 All of them are from various parts of Solukhumbo districts and have been staying at various places in the capital.  The accused were arrested from the house of Pritam Rai, where they had reached for demanding five lakhs rupees. The police also has taken hold of one scooter (Ba ek 35-2448) and one apache bike (Ba ek 38- 9156).
