KATHMANDU United Nations General Secretary Ban Ki Moon claimed that the failure of the political parties to properly address the future of Nepal Army and People's Liberation Army (PLA) could bring grave consequences. He also appealed all the Nepalese stake holders for addressing the issues related to Peace Process through dialogue. While presenting his report in the UN Security Council on Thursday, Moon said that despite the resolution of constitutional crisis by extending the term of Constitutional Assembly there has been no progress in the peace process due to lack of cooperation and understand between political parties and due to the ongoing row over government formation.
